Plalloy company motto is to give the highest priority to the safety, health and well-being of the employees working at Plalloy, including temporary workers and third parties.

We are continuously working on improvements and timely indicating priorities in the field of working conditions.

With this goal, there is no question of recovery afterwards if there is damage(for example due to high absenteeism or due to illness or the number of accidents with absenteeism) and prevents problems in the future.

· By adopting a stimulating attitude towards staff and an active investment in continuous improvement and prevention.
